In order to facilitate access and allow all customers to attend the shows of Bel air de fête, Loisirs-Action Val-Bélair offers a reserved area for people with reduced mobility including a ramp and hard surface. The area can accommodate up to a maximum of six (6) wheelchairs. A companion can accompany the person, however you must indicate his name when registering. The area is reserved for anyone who has difficulty moving around and who uses a manual or electric wheelchair, three-wheeled scooter, four-wheeled scooter, cane, crutches and walker. For a guide or assistance dog, you may be asked for a certificate.
HOW TO REGISTER
You can reserve your place for free online via the registration platform. If you do not have a client file, you must create one before registering. If you have any questions, contact us at 418 915-9965 during office hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

If places are still available on the day of the event, you must go to the reception desk. Note however that the notion of "first come first served" will apply at this time and we cannot guarantee a place.
AT THE ARRIVAL
When you arrive, please present yourself at the entrance to Sector A (access from the side of the arena) and present your reservation receipt at the search station. You will then be redirected to the designated area.
EASE
A wheelchair-accessible toilet is available close to the area.
